This is the only other shot I took at the exhibition, after the nice man there and I talked a bit. I showed him the exhibition card and the request for directions that Mr. Watanabe wrote for me yesterday, we talked about the prints, got nice and chummy. So when I asked him if I could take a side-by-side shot of this print, on the left, and the original painting, on the right, he said okay. Sorry about the reflection on the painting - I didn't dare use flash here. It was a huge thrill to see the original, and to compare the differences and similarities.
