The kaiten-zushi restaurant. All of those dishes travel a rectangular circuit around the sushi chefs in the middle. They do a good job, but to be fair, these guys are the short-order cooks of the sushi world. If you go to a great sushi restaurant, the individual pieces look like works of art. They might even manage to make baby squid rolls look edible. Or not. |
